ND Consulting, LLC

2024 – 2025

As Sr. Project Manager, I acted as primary consultant contact for NDC clients with Yardi Affordable, PHA, and Residential software implementations. My responsibilities included leading the consultant team assigned to each client and partnering with assigned Yardi account managers to stay on schedule for all implementation tasks and deadlines. I also created and maintained external project plans for clients to ensure visibility and accountability for all assigned client and consultant tasks.

As a knowledgeable client resource for Yardi Affordable, I completed initial configuration tasks for organizations with HUD 50059, Tax Credit (LIHTC), HOME, Rural Development (RD), and Local Programs compliance requirements. I worked alongside clients from implementation to post go-live to ensure long-term success for end users.

As Sr. Project Manager, I also completed configuration tasks for ancillary Yardi modules such as Yardi Aspire, Inventory Control, JobCost, Maintenance IQ, Inspection IQ, Procure to Pay, RentCafé, Resident Screening, Senior Living, and Yardi SharePoint for Document Management.

Yardi Systems

2022-2024

As part of the Affordable team, I provided knowledgeable customer support through product implementations and post go-live. Connecting with new clients and building their confidence in the product was achieved through weekly implementation calls.

I utilized CRM software, SQL, and Confluence to manage and resolve application issues and information requested from clients. I created thorough, technical write-ups necessary for escalated issues, and clear, concise documentation as required for logged cases and issue resolution.

I was able to meet and exceed established department KPIs through case closure goals, client satisfaction, and case assists with my fellow Affordable colleagues.

County of Santa Barbara

2023-2024

I am proud to be working again with the County of Santa Barbara on a short-term remote contract within the IT Department. As a Computer System Specialist, I utilize project management strategy and technical skills to support the stabilization of Workday’s Financial Management module post-implementation. I develop and distribute user-focused documentation and job aids that highlight ERP system features and facilitate effective adoption. I also identify and report on areas of potential system optimization and key performance metrics. Additionally, I support cross-functional teams to fill in the gaps with any technical and administrative needs.

As a Compliance Analyst, I supported the Risk Management division with the interpretation of COVID-19 compliance changes released in January 2024 from the California Department of Public Health and Cal/OSHA. I analyzed previous COVID-19 guidance for County employees and updated all internal policies, documentation, and employee training to reflect current State guidance regarding COVID-19 in the workplace. In this capacity, I served as the primary liaison with County department staff to communicate compliance requirements and recommendations and presented policy changes to department leadership.

Collaboration lies at the heart of my work philosophy. I excel in building and nurturing relationships at all levels, effectively communicating goals, and fostering a productive environment to drive projects to success. I have a proven track record of leading teams and inspiring others to perform at their best, ensuring that objectives are met on time and with exceptional quality.
